Our restaurant, Bruixes de Burriac by Jaume Drudis, offers you Mediterranean cooking with a French market touches, based on careful cooking methods and with locally-sourced ingredients.
Its menu is based on seasonal products, with delicious vegetables with a perfect texture grown in the Baix Gaià region, unbeatable fresh fish from nearby markets, and meats brought in from the best pastures, perfectly aged.

Its location is unique thanks to the surrounding mediaeval walled city of Altafulla in the heart of the Costa Dorada. The hotel comprises two buildings – one modern and one historic. The latter was an 18th century nunnery that has been transformed into a modern, elegant hotel, without losing sight of its historical legacy.
Our restaurant, Bruixes de Burriac by chef Jaume Drudis, offers you a Mediterranean gastronomical experience with a French market touches. The food is prepared using careful cooking methods and locally-sourced ingredients. The restaurant’s offering for weddings in Tarragona, within the Hotel Gran Claustre itself, consists of cooking based on seasonal products.
Our fresh fish is sourced from nearby markets, our vegetables from farms in the Baix Gaià region, and our meat from cattle who graze on the very best local pastures.
At our hotel, you will find several areas adaptable to the needs of every event, guaranteeing our guests’ comfort. Our facilities can accommodate meals for up to 70 people. We also have an area for civil ceremonies, as well as our Bruixes de Burriac by Jaume Drudis restaurant, our wonderful terrace with swimming pool, and several events rooms of varying styles and sizes.

We will listen to all your suggestions on what you are after in order to make this day special and unforgettable. For this, we offer a range of basic services you can choose from: wedding menus, civil ceremonies, post-dinner dance with live music or DJ, flower arrangements, quick meals, special room prices for guests, and free suite-style room for the bride and groom’s wedding night (this can include a bottle of cava and a 1-hour spa session if there is a minimum of 10 rooms reserved for guests or a minimum of 20 dinner guests).
