At Hotel Gran Claustre we want you to share your getaway with your pet. To ensure you enjoy a wonderful experience,
we have set up 2 Boutique Deluxe rooms for this purpose.
Conditions
- Pet accommodation fee: €20/night. Maximum weight 10 kg. Subject to
availability — please check before booking. - The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pet, either to third parties or to the furnishings. If
the pet is left alone in the room, this must be reported to reception along with a contact phone number. - The owner must ensure their pet does not disturb other guests and must clean up any waste generated.
- Pets are allowed only in reception and in the designated room (always on a leash and collar). Entry is
not permitted in common areas, restaurants, spa or swimming pool. - Failure to comply with these rules may result in the hotel penalising the guest or even interrupting the stay
without refund.
