Gaudium, our gastronomic restaurant on the Costa Dorada, directed by the renowned chef Jaume Drudis, offers a seasonal and proximity cuisine with quality products to create dishes that will conquer your palate.
The menu, varied, is renewed periodically, always working with the ingredients that the land offers us in every season of the year.

The Gaudium restaurant, present in the Michelin Guide, will show you different flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Local ingredients are always selected, which vary according to what the land has to offer.
All the gastronomic offer, both the menu and the menu, is based on seasonal products. The vegetables, with an exceptional flavor and texture, come from the crops of the Baix Gaià area. The fresh fish comes from the nearest fish markets, while the meat comes from the best pastures in the region.
The hotel also has private rooms where all kinds of events can be held, such as lunches, business dinners or family celebrations.
