The restaurant Bruixes de Burriac (The WItches of Burriac) by renowned chef Jaume Drudis, offers, in addition to the seasonal à la carte menu, a number of different menu options each month, according to the best local produce available. Jaume also offers a tasting menu that uses the most authentic products of the Tarragona area to bring all the flavours and sensations of the sea and the land.

Jaume offers Mediterranean cuisine focusing on locally-sourced ingredients. All menus are based on seasonal produce as well as excellent flavour and texture, with vegetables grown in the Baix Gaia region immediately surrounding the hotel, fish of unbeatable freshness from the nearest markets and meat sourced from the best pastures, aged with care.

The kitchen is visible from the dining room and diners can watch the chefs at work, preparing the dishes that they will shortly be tasting. If this isn't enough, the kitchen has a table for up to six people, so that lovers of fine food can enjoy all the sensations with the five senses, dining in the kitchen itself. The restaurant's cellar comprises hundreds of Denominacion d'Origin controlled wines, including local wines from Priorat or Penedes as well as wines from further afield such as Riojas, Somontanos and Ribera del Dueros, as well as international wines.
